To support determination on which stop method is to be used to stop a ship.SOLUTION: A ship stop determination device comprises: an acquisition section for acquiring a present position of an object ship and an operation condition including an arrival place, an arrival schedule time, and a mooring end schedule time as a navigation schedule; and a determination section for obtaining fuel consumption amounts for each one of a first kind to navigate at a speed with an excellent fuel consumption amount and to drift until the mooring end schedule time after arriving at the arrival place, a second kind to navigate at the speed with the excellent fuel consumption amount and to anchor until the mooring end schedule time after arriving at the arrival place, and a third kind to navigate at a speed lower than the speed with the excellent fuel consumption amount and to drift or anchor until the mooring end schedule time if there is a surplus time after arriving at the arrival place, and then determining a stop method to be recommended based on order of the fuel consumption amounts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】いずれの停止方法によって船舶を停止させるかの判断を支援する。【解決手段】対象船舶の現在地と、航行予定として、到着地、到着予定時刻及び停泊終了予定時刻とを含む運航条件を取得する取得部と、燃料消費量が良い速度によって航行し到着地に到着した後に停泊終了予定時刻までドリフトする第1種別、燃料消費量が良い速度によって航行し到着地に到着した後に停泊終了予定時刻まで錨泊する第2種別、前記燃料消費量が良い速度よりも低速での運航をし到着地に到着した後に余剰時間があれば停泊終了予定時刻までドリフトまたは錨泊する第3種別、のそれぞれについて燃料消費量を求め、前記燃料消費量の順に基づいて、推奨する停止方法を判定する判定部を有する。【選択図】図1
