To effectively suppress generation of dry ice during transfer of liquified carbon dioxide.SOLUTION: A tank system includes a first tank which can store liquified carbon dioxide, piping which has one end connected to an inside of the first tank, a pump which can forcibly feed the liquified carbon dioxide in the first tank from the one end toward the other end of the piping, a first valve which can open and close a flow passage in the piping, a second valve which is provided closer to the other end than the first valve in the piping and can open and close the flow passage of the piping, and a pressurizing unit which can pressurize the inside of the piping between the first valve and the second valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
