To simplify, downsize, and make lighter a configuration of a mobile power supply, shorten the installation work, reduce costs, and expand a degree of freedom of movement, allowing installation in small spaces without taking up much space.SOLUTION: A power supply device 1 has a pair of solar panels 2 and 3, a rotation shaft 4 that allows the pair of solar panels 2 and 3 to rotate and change between a folded state and an unfolded state, a pair of frames 5 and 6 that fix the pair of solar panels 2 and 3, respectively, a pair of wheels 7, 8 and a pair of stoppers 5g and 6g provided at one ends of lower sides 5b and 6b of the frames 5 and 6 on the opposite side to the upper sides 5a and 6a of the frames 5 and 6 having the rotation shaft 4, a pair of stoppers 9 and 10 provided at the other ends of the lower sides 5b and 6b, and a pair of legs 11 and 12 attached to the lower sides 5b and 6b of the frames 5 and 6 on which the wheels 7 and 8 and the stoppers 5g, 6g, 9 and 10 are provided, and can be opened and closed with respect to the lower sides 5b and 6b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
