To enhance safety in flight.SOLUTION: A control device 60 controls flight of an eVTOL which is equipped with rotary wings 13 which are driven by an instrument 15 for driving to generate rotary lift force, stationary wings which generate gliding lift force, and a lift force adjustment mechanism that adjusts the gliding lift force. The control device 60 comprises a rotary wing control part 621 that controls driving of the rotary wings 13 to adjust the rotary lift force, and a stationary wing control part 622 that controls driving of the lift force adjustment mechanism to adjust the gliding lift force. When an abnormality of the instrument 15 for driving is predicted or sensed during flight of an electrically-driven airplane, the rotary wing control part 621 reduces the rotary lift force, and the stationary wing control part 622 executes lift-force adjustment control by which the gliding lift force is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
