To achieve both exhaustion of gas in a coat to reduce a differential pressure, and reduction in an exhaust amount of gas to maintain a height.SOLUTION: An aerial floating body 10 comprises: a gas bag 11 encapsulating first gas with smaller specific gravity than air; and an outer coat 12 which incorporates the gas bag 11, and encapsulates second gas with smaller specific gravity than air.
