To provide a tire, an unvulcanized tire and a tire manufacturing method which can improve durability of an RF tag, and an RF tag.SOLUTION: A tire T01 comprises an RF tag 10, where the RF tag has a communication structure part 51. The communication structure part comprises an antenna 2 and an exterior body 3 that stores a portion of the antenna. The exterior body has side recesses 35 partitioned inside the exterior body, and side-edge openings 36 communicated with the side recesses and formed at side edges of the exterior body. The antenna is extended through the side recesses and the side-edge openings to the outside of the exterior body. The RF tag further has filling members 53 filled into at least portions of the side recesses. The filling members are configured not to completely inhibit the antenna from being displaced in the side recesses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
