To detect leaking of content from a floating body tank regardless of the place of occurrence in a floating body including the floating body tank floated on water area and the content stored inside the floating body tank.SOLUTION: Water surface tideland 10 includes a tideland tank 12 floating in sea area 30 and wet mud 14 stored inside the tideland tank 12. A leakage detection device 40 includes: an exclusive port 22 communicating with the sea area 30 as well as being capable of having the tideland 10 transported in/out; a turbidity sensor 45 for detecting the wet mud 14 leaked into the exclusive port 22 from the tideland tank 12; and a control unit 42 for carrying out leakage determination of the wet mud 14 based on the detection result by the turbidity sensor 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
