To provide a battery diagnosis device and the like that sequentially obtain capacity curve and a differential curve of a battery degenerated from a brand-new state through a constant current charging process and can determine whether a lithium precipitation abnormality has occurred in the battery on the basis of extracted information.SOLUTION: A battery diagnosis device 200 comprises: a voltage sensor that generates a voltage signal indicating a battery voltage of a battery; a current sensor that generates a current signal indicating a battery current of the battery; and a control circuit that determines a capacity curve indicating a relationship between the battery voltage and a charging capacity in a predetermined set voltage range on the basis of the voltage signal and the current signal collected during the battery is charged. The control circuit is configured to determine a differential curve indicating a relationship between the battery voltage and a differential capacity in the set voltage range on the basis of the capacity curve, determine an approximate straight line of the differential curve, and determine whether a lithium precipitation abnormality has occurred in the battery by comparing a determination coefficient of the approximate straight line with a reference determination coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】定電流充電過程を通じて、新品状態から退化したバッテリーの容量カーブ及び微分カーブを順次に獲得し、抽出された情報に基づいてバッテリーのリチウム異常析出の有無が判定可能なバッテリー診断装置等を提供する。【解決手段】バッテリー診断装置200は、バッテリーのバッテリー電圧を示す電圧信号を生成する電圧センサーと、バッテリーのバッテリー電流を示す電流信号を生成する電流センサーと、バッテリーが充電される間に収集された電圧信号及び電流信号に基づき、所定の設定電圧範囲におけるバッテリー電圧と充電容量との関係を示す容量カーブを決定する制御回路と、を含む。制御回路は、容量カーブに基づいて設定電圧範囲におけるバッテリー電圧と微分容量との関係を示す微分カーブを決定し、微分カーブの近似直線を決定し、近似直線の決定係数を基準決定係数と比較してバッテリーのリチウム異常析出の有無を判定するように構成される。【選択図】図1
