To provide a rotation regulation structure and a wire harness to improve durability of exterior components.SOLUTION: A rotation regulation structure 100 includes: a tubular outer member 3 having flexibility through which a conductor path 2 is inserted; a first base member fixing one end side of the outer member 3; a second base member 5 holding the other end side of the outer member 3 to enable rotation of the outer member 3 about a central axis Ax of the outer member 3; and a rotation regulation structure 6 that connects between the outer member 3 and the second base member 5 and regulates the rotation of the outer member 3. The rotation regulation structure 6 includes: a first fastening portion 61 that is fastened to the outer member 3; a second fastening portion 62 that is fastened to the second base member 5; and a flexible portion 63 that connects the first and second fastening portions 61, 62 and has the flexibility to deform according to the rotation of the outer member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
