To provide a technique that more shortens a total movement time required for moving from a departure place to a destination by an EV vehicle.SOLUTION: A charge control device, which determines a charge installation charging a rechargeable battery on a route when a vehicle equipped with the rechargeable battery travels on the route from a departure to a destination, is configured to: determine the charge installation existing at a distance equal to or less than a travellable distance by a residual charging amount of the rechargeable battery in the departure, and most distant from the departure as a first charge installation conducting charge for the first time; charge, in the first charge installation, a charge amount travellable to a second charge installation existing after the first charge installation on the route; and determine a second charge installation in which a first charging time required for charging when charging a charge amount travellable to a third charge installation existing after the second charge installation on the route in the second charge installation is equal to and less than a second charging time required for charging when charging the charging amount travellable to the third charge installation in the first charge installation as a charge installation to charge after the first time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
