To enhance the efficiency of apparatus use by providing a technology for stopping a sub-system in the case that influence at the time of a main system stop is small and reducing cost in a railroad control device adopting a redundant system.SOLUTION: As a redundant system composed of a control device of a main system and control devices of one or more sub-systems, sub-system processing by the control devices of the sub-systems is made a stop state in the case that state information of a control object facility controlled by the control devices of the main system or the sub-systems satisfies a prescribed condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
