To perform diagnosis in real time as to whether or not a driver is checking a rear side.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires vehicle information related to operation of a vehicle, a head turning angle of a driver of the vehicle, and a position of a visual line of the driver for a predetermined acquisition time period; an extraction unit that extracts a checking period before the vehicle moves backward from results acquired by the acquisition unit; and a diagnosis unit that performs a diagnosis of whether or not the driver performs at least one checking operation of a head turning action with a head turning angle being a predetermined angle or larger, and a rear side action with the visual line directed to the rear side of the vehicle in the checking period at each predetermined interval time which is shorter than the acquisition time period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】本開示は、運転者が後方確認をしているか否かをリアルタイムで診断することを目的とする。【解決手段】情報処理装置は、予め定めた取得時間分の、車両の動作に係る車両情報、車両の運転者の首振り角度、及び運転者の視線の位置を取得する取得部と、取得部の取得結果から、車両が後方に移動する前の確認期間を抽出する抽出部と、首振り角度が所定角度以上となる首振り動作、及び視線が車両の後方に向く後方動作のうち少なくとも一方の確認動作を運転者が確認期間に行っているか否かの診断を、取得時間より短い予め定めた間隔時間毎に行う診断部と、を備える。【選択図】図2
