To provide a traffic lane server that can operate a toll collection system by mixing a real appliance and a simulated device.SOLUTION: A traffic lane server comprises: a real input/output unit that transmits/receives a real signal between a road-side appliance and the traffic lane server via a repeating device which repeats communication between the road-side appliance and the traffic lane server; a virtual input/output unit that transmits/receives a simulation signal for simulating a real signal between a simulated device which simulates the road-side appliance, and the virtual input/output unit; a connection signal receiving unit that receives a connection signal for indicating whether or not each of a plurality of road-side appliances is connected from the repeating device; and an allocation unit that allocates a transmitting/receiving path for a signal to/from each of the plurality of road-side appliances to the real input/output unit or the virtual input/output unit based on the connection signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
