To provide a battery temperature adjustment device capable of suppressing deterioration of life of a battery pack.SOLUTION: A battery temperature adjustment device 100 is a battery temperature adjustment device 100 that adjusts a temperature of a battery pack P mounted onto a vehicle V. The battery pack P comprises: a plurality of plate members 1 that contains a plurality of cells C arranged in parallel to a first direction orthogonal to a vertical direction of the vehicle V, receives a heat transmitted from a heat thermal conversion surface of each cell C, and is arranged in parallel to the first direction; and a fluid flow channel 20 that is formed in an internal part of each plate member 1, and includes an internal flow channel in which a fluid for performing a heat exchange with each of the plurality of cells C flows.
