The equal ratio expansion/contraction mechanism is supported by the supporting body 20, the central fulcrum 42 of the equal ratio expansion/contraction mechanism 40 is rotatably supported around the horizontal axis by the supporting body, and the equal ratio expansion/contraction mechanism 40 suspends an object W at one end point 48 among both ends 44, 48 of the equal ratio expansion/contraction mechanism 40; one end 62 of the movement restraint member is connected to the other end point 44 among both ends 44, 48 of the equal ratio expansion/contraction mechanism 40, the other end 64 of the equal ratio expansion/contraction mechanism is constrained in the vertical direction, extends vertically, and does not expand/contract in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
