To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of suppressing a heat loss.SOLUTION: A bypass path in which a refrigerant passing through a compressor 11 detours a heater core 12 and flows into a suction side 11b of the compressor 11 includes a first path in which the refrigerant passing through the compressor 11 flows to an upstream sides of an accumulator 15, and a second path in which the refrigerant passing through the compressor 11 flows to a downstream side of the accumulator 15. A control device 200, in a hot gas heating mode, can switch to an accumulator bypass path in which the refrigerant flowing to the heater cores 12 flows into the suction side 11b of the compressor 11 via the first path and the second path so as to detour the accumulator 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
