To provide a floating body structure and an offshore wind power generation facility with easy construction alleviating unevenness in buoyancy distribution and weight distribution when a heavy weight object is loaded an offshore wind power generation facility in a simple shape.SOLUTION: A floating body structure 100 provided in a water area for loading a loading matter 12 includes: a floating body 14 in an approximate rotating symmetrical shape regarding a perpendicular line C; a floating body for placement 16 provided to have at least one part of the floating body 14 capable of being replaced for mounting the loading matter 12; and the weight of the floating body for placement 16 is to be lighter than the weight of the floating body 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
