Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a vehicle interior panel. The manufacturing method of the vehicle interior panel is characterized by including: a fabric foam pad inserting step of inserting a fabric foam pad including a mesh fabric layer and a barrier layer formed on the underside of the mesh fabric layer into an injection mold; a foaming step of transforming the fabric foam pad by closing the injection mold; a core layer forming step of forming a core layer on the underside of the barrier layer by injecting a synthetic resin inside the injection mold; and a cooling step of cooling the injection mold. According to the present invention, the fabric foam pad can be applied to a vehicle interior panel to solve problems of an urethane foam pad forming an existing vehicle interior panel, and a loss of a cushioning function of the fabric foam pad due to the reduction of the elasticity of the mesh fabric layer in the process of forming the fabric foam pad can be prevented. Also, the vehicle interior panel can prevent interlayer separation and creases by increasing the elongation of the fabric foam pad.
