The present invention relates to an apparatus for securing a driving distance between vehicles. More specifically, the apparatus comprises: a weather information reception unit receiving weather information on a current position of a traveling vehicle; and a laser output means installed in a vehicle body and irradiating a laser beam toward any one among the front driving ground of the vehicle and the rear driving ground to be tilted downward at a predetermined angle when it is determined that the present invention has a smaller driving viewing distance than the driving viewing distance preliminarily set by the weather information reception unit. Therefore, the present invention easily secures the safety distance with respect to the front driving vehicle and the rear driving vehicle based on the driving vehicle to prevent, in advance, an accident.
