The present invention relates to a multilayer coating method for preventing corrosion by cavitation wherein abrasion resistance and high strength of a material are obtained by treating the surface of the material in a method different from an existing method; adhesiveness to a coating layer can be increased; waste of the material is reduced by attaching a pre-manufactured film during a top coating process; and processes can be simplified. The multilayer coating method includes: a surface treating step of curing the surface of the material by generating compressive residual stress on the surface of the material by spraying hard particles to form fine protrusions on the surface of the material, and performing a shot blasting process or a shot peening to increase fatigue strength; and a multilayer coating step of sequentially performing a bottom coating process, a middle coating process, and the top coating process on the material of which the surface has been treated. The multicoating step includes: a bottom coating step of forming a primer layer by using an organic primer; a middle coating step of forming a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) layer by using (TPU); and a top coating step of impregnating a pre-manufactured carbon nanotube (CNT) film with TPU liquid, forming a BP/TPU composite layer, and attaching the BP/TPU composite layer.

    본 발명은 종래와 다른 방식으로 소재를 표면처리하여 소재 자체의 내마모성 및 고강성을 확보하면서도 코팅층과의 접착력을 높일 수 있으며, 상도코팅시 기제작된 필름접착방식으로 재료의 낭비를 줄이고, 공정을 단순화할 수 있는 캐비테이션 침식방지를 위한 다층 코팅방법에 관한 것으로서, 소재의 표면에 미세한 요철이 형성되도록 경질 입자를 분사하여 상기 소재의 표면에 압축잔류응력을 발생시켜 상기 소재의 표면을 경화시킴과 함께 피로강도를 높이는 숏블라스팅(shot blasting) 또는 숏피닝(shot peening)을 수행하는 표면처리단계와, 표면처리가 완료된 상기 소재에 하도, 중도 및 상도코팅을 순차로 수행하는 다층코팅단계를 포함하고, 상기 다층코팅단계는, 유기 프라이머를 사용하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 하도코팅단계와, 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU, thermoplastic polyurethane)을 사용하여 TPU층을 형성하는 중도코팅단계와, 기제작된 탄소나노튜브필름(carbon nanotube film, CNT 필름)에 열가소성 폴리우레탄 액을 침투시켜 BP/TPU복합층을 형성하여 접착하는 상도코팅단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
