The present invention relates to a structure of a fuel door. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the structure of a fuel door comprises: a gear (100) formed in the shape of a fan sharing a hinge and a rotating shaft of the fuel door (2); a first spring (200) whose one end is affixed to a housing (1), whose the other end is connected to the gear (100), and which applies elastic force to rotate the gear (100) in a direction to open the fuel door (2); a latch (300) whose one end is combined with the housing (1) with a hinge with a hinge unit (310) as the medium to be parallel to the rotating shaft of the gear (100) and whose one side surface comes in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the gear to prevent the gear from rotating; and a second spring (400) whose one end is affixed to the housing (1), whose the other end comes in contact with the other side surface of the latch (300), and which pushes the latch (300) toward the gear (100). According to the present invention, an opener is removed from the conventional fuel door to reduce costs and weight, to simplify the structure, and to improve opening and closing.

    본 발명은 연료도어 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 연료도어 구조는 연료도어(2)의 힌지와 회전축을 공유하는 부채꼴 형상의 기어(100); 일단은 하우징(1)에 고정되고, 타단은 상기 기어(100)에 연결되어, 상기 기어(100)가 상기 연료도어(2)를 개방하는 방향으로 회전하도록 탄성력을 가하는 제 1 스프링(200); 일단은 상기 기어(100)의 회전축과 평행하도록, 힌지부(310)를 매개로 하우징(1)에 힌지결합하고, 일측면은 상기 기어(100)의 외주면과 접하여 상기 기어의 회전을 방지하는 래치(300); 및 일단은 하우징(1)에 고정되고, 타단은 상기 래치(300)의 타측면에 접하여, 상기 래치(300)를 상기 기어(100)측으로 밀어내는 제 2 스프링(400);을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 종래 연료도어에서 오프너를 생략함으로써 원가 및 중량을 절감하고, 구조를 단순화하며, 개폐감을 향상시킬 수 있다.
