근래, 연비절약 타이어용에 실리카 배합이 많이 이용되게 되어, 실리카와 실란 커플링제의 반응이 완만하기 때문에 다단 혼련 등이 이루어지고 있다. 본 발명에서는 혼련공정의 간소화를 위한 가공성·동적 특성이 뛰어난 고무조성물 및 고무용 충전재를 제공한다. 본 발명은 실리카계 충전재, 실란 커플링제, 하이드록시산 및/또는 하이드록시산의 염을 포함하는 충전재 조성물, 충전재 조성물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 충전재, 해당 충전재를 포함하는 고무조성물 및 그 가교물, 또는 디엔계 고무, 실리카, 실란 커플링제, 하이드록시산 및/또는 하이드록시산의 염을 포함하는 조성물 및 그 가교물이다.

    Recently, silica is often blended in energy-saving tires. Since a reaction between silica and a silane coupling agent is slow, kneading is performed in multiple stages and so on. In order to simplify the kneading step, provided are a rubber composition and a filler for use in rubber, both of which have excellent workability and dynamic characteristics. More specifically, provided are a filler composition containing a silica-based filler, a silane coupling agent, and a hydroxy acid and/or a hydroxy acid salt; a filler obtained by reacting the filler composition; a rubber composition containing the filler; a crosslinked product of the rubber composition; a composition containing a diene-based rubber, silica, a silane coupling agent, and a hydroxy acid and/or a hydroxy acid salt; and a crosslinked product of the composition.
