본 발명은 연료전지차량의 이동식 전력변환장치 고장보호시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 직류전력을 교류전력으로 변환하는 전력변환장치를 통해 연결된 외부 전력계통에서 예기치 못하게 에너지가 연료전지차량으로 유입되어 시스템에 데미지를 주는 것을 방지하기 위하여 전력변환장치 내 전압센싱회로의 고장을 진단하고 고장 진단시 전력변환장치의 비상운전을 가능하게 하는 연료전지차량의 이동식 전력변환장치 고장보호시스템을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
