According to an embodiment of the present invention, a seat ventilation apparatus with a blower comprises: a first temperature sensor installed in a cushion of a vehicle seat; a second temperature sensor installed in the back of the vehicle seat; a duct installed in the vehicle seat; at least one blower installed in the duct; and a control unit controlling a rotating direction of the blower in accordance with a comparison result by comparing temperatures measured in the first and second temperature sensors. Therefore, electricity consumed by the seat ventilation apparatus can be reduced.
