요철면 상에 형성된 반사층을 구비하는 광학체에 있어서, 상기 요철면의 구조 선단부에 이상 형상으로부터의 붕괴를 갖는 경우에도 지향성 반사 성분이 감소하는 것을 억제한다. 광학체는, 제1 광학층과, 광이 입사하는 입사면을 갖는 제2 광학층과, 제1 및 제2 광학층 사이에 있던 반사층을 구비한다. 제2 광학층은, 투명하면서도 그 굴절률이 1.1 이상 1.9 이하로 된다.
