본 발명은, 배터리의 충전 완료 시각 정보가 입력되면, 배터리의 충전 소요시간을 역산하여 산출된 시각부터 상기 배터리의 충전을 시작하도록 제어하고, 상기 배터리의 충전 과정에서 전기자동차의 내부 전장부품들을 순환하면서 승온된 냉각수를 히터 코어로 공급하여, 초기 난방 운전의 승온 시간을 단축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차용 공조시스템에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 의하면, 이용자의 차량 탑승 시각에 맞추서 배터리의 충전이 완료되고, 또한 배터리 충전 과정에서 발생하는 폐열을 냉각수를 통해 히터 코어 공급함으로써, 이용자가 차량에 탑승하여 초기 난방이 개시되는 시점에 히터 코어의 온도를 효율적으로 충분히 높여줄 수 있게 되어, 별도의 난방을 위한 추가 부품의 구성없이도 초기 난방의 승온 시간을 크게 단축할 수 있게 된다.

    PURPOSE: An air conditioning system for an electric vehicle is provided to efficiently increase the temperature of a radiator when starting an initial heating, thereby remarkably reducing time required for increasing the temperature of a vehicle indoor space in the initial heating. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system for an electric vehicle utilizes waste heat, which is generated when charging a battery of the electric vehicle, for heating. Cooling water is circulated through inner parts of the electric vehicle while charging the battery so that the temperature of the cooling water is increased. The cooling water with increased temperature is supplied to a heater core(170) so that time required for increasing the temperature of a vehicle indoor space in the initial heating.
