The present invention relates to a safety crosswalk system capable of delaying a pedestrian signal for enabling a pedestrian to safely go across a crosswalk even after the termination of time for the pedestrian signal and rescuing a person in an accident happening on a crosswalk by quickly reporting a unique number of a traffic light of the crosswalk to an accident handling institution. The system includes: a data collecting part collecting signals and situations on a crosswalk; a data analyzing part analyzing data such as images delivered from the data collecting part; and an accident occurrence controller reporting an accident to an accident handling institution in accordance with accident occurrence information of the data analyzing part and adjusting the signal system.

    본 발명은 횡단보도 보행자신호등 종료 시각에 아직 횡단보도에 보행자가 있을 경우, 보행자가 안전하게 횡단보도를 건널 수 있도록 보행자 신호를 늦추어 주며, 횡단보도에 불의의 사고가 발생하였을 경우에는 신호등의 고유번호를 사고처리기관에 즉시 신고하여 신속하게 사고처리 함으로써 인명을 구조하기 위한 횡단보도 보행자 안전시스템에 관한 것으로, 신호 및 횡단보도상의 상황을 수집하는 데이터수집부; 데이터수집부로부터 전달된 영상 등 데이터를 분석하는 데이터분석부; 데이터분석부의 사고발생 정보에 따라 사고처리기관에 사고발생신고를 하고, 신호체제를 조정하는 사고발생컨트롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
