The present invention provides an air conditioning system of a vehicle using a thermoelectric element, installing a pipe with a difference size and length in a heat radiating block and a cooling block mounted on a thermoelectric element, installing a heat radiating fin on the cooling block, and making the number of installed heat radiating blocks different from the number of installed cooling blocks, so as to be compact and provide excellent cooling efficiency, thereby realizing quick cooling or heating of air inside a vehicle. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the system comprises: first and second thermoelectric elements (21, 21′); the cooling block installed between a pair of thermoelectric elements; first and second heat radiating blocks (23, 23′) installed on the outside of each thermoelectric element; first and second radiators (24, 24′) connected to the cooling block (22) and the heat radiating blocks; first and second pumps (25, 25′) to pump and circulate coolant; first and second blowing fans (26, 26′) to blow wind to each radiator; and a controller (28) to control operation of the entire system (20).
본 발명은, 열전소자에 장착된 방열블록과 냉각블록에 설치되는 관로의 크기 및 길이를 서로 다르게 설치하고, 냉각블록에 방열핀을 설치하며, 방열블록과 냉각블록의 설치 개수를 달리하여 콤팩트하면서도 냉각효율이 우수하여 차량 실내공기의 급속한 냉방 또는 난방이 가능하도록 한, 열전소자를 이용한 차량용 공조시스템을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 공조시스템(20)의 제1실시예는, 제1 및 제2열전소자(21, 21'), 한 쌍의 열전소자 사이에 설치되는 냉각블록(22), 한 쌍의 열전소자 외측에 각각 설치되는 제1 및 제2방열블록(23, 23'), 냉각블록(22)과 방열블록과 각각 연결되는 제1 및 제2라디에이터(24, 24'), 냉각수를 펌핑하여 순환시키는 제1 및 제2펌프(25, 25'), 각 라디에이터에 송풍하는 제1 및 제2송풍팬(26, 26'), 공조시스템(20) 전체의 작동을 제어하기 위한 콘트롤러(28)를 포함하여 구성된다.
