본 발명은 무인비행체가 이착륙 타워에 착륙하여 대기중에 이벤트 감시를 위한 이벤트 감시명령에 따라 이륙하여 이벤트 발생지역을 감시하도록 하는 무인비행체를 이용한 이벤트 감시시스템 및 감시방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 무인비행체를 이용한 이벤트 감시시스템은, 무인비행 및 촬영이 가능한 무인비행체; 복수의 지역에 설치되며 상기 무인비행체가 이착륙하는 복수의 이착륙 타워; 복수의 위치에 설치되어 주변영상을 실시간 촬영하는 복수의 카메라; 및 상기 복수의 카메라에서 촬영된 주변영상을 분석하여 이벤트 발생 여부를 판단하고 이벤트발생으로 판단되면 이벤트 발생영역의 위치정보를 추출하여 상기 위치정보와 함께 촬영명령을 상기 무인비행체로 전송하는 관제서버를 포함하고, 상기 무인비행체는 초기에 상기 이착륙 타워에 착륙한 상태로 대기하고 상기 관제서버로부터 감시지역 촬영명령 및 위치정보가 수신되면 상기 위치정보에 대응하는 감시영역을 비행하면서 촬영하고 상기 촬영된 감시영역의 영상을 상기 관제서버로 전송한다.

    The present invention relates to an event monitoring system and a monitoring method using an unmanned aerial vehicle, which allow the unmanned aerial vehicle to land on a take-off and landing tower and take off to monitor an event occurrence area when an event monitoring command for monitoring an event is received while waiting on the tower. According to the present invention, the event monitoring system using an unmanned aerial vehicle comprises: an unmanned aerial vehicle capable of unmanned flight and photographing; a plurality of take-off and landing towers installed in a plurality of areas and enabling the unmanned aerial vehicle to take off and land; a plurality of cameras installed at a plurality of positions and photographing peripheral images in real time; and a control server analyzing the peripheral images photographed by the plurality of cameras to determine whether an event has occurred, extracting position information of an event occurrence area when it is determined that the event has occurred, and transmitting a photographing command together with the position information to the unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle waits while landing on the take-off and landing tower at the beginning, and when a surveillance area photographing command and the position information are received from the control server, the unmanned aerial vehicle photographs the surveillance area corresponding to the position information while flying, and transmits the photographed images of the surveillance area to the control server. According to the present invention, an unmanned aerial vehicle is able to make an accurate flight over an area where an event occurs, thereby increasing monitoring reliability.
