The present invention relates to a composition for a non-pneumatic tire spoke. Specifically, a non-pneumatic tire spoke manufactured from the composition for a non-pneumatic tire spoke has excellent mechanical properties. The composition comprises 5 to 15 parts by weight of silica particles and 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of a silane-based interface binder on the basis of 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyester elastic body.
