The present invention relates to a drone manufacturing method using laser cutting, manufacturing a drone through a drone manufacturing kit, wherein a drone manufacturing kit using laminated paper is for the drone manufacturing kit. According to the present invention, students directly control a drone manufactured by using a drone manufacturing kit through coding, and can operate the drone through a smartphone application, which can lead to an increased interest level and an enhanced learning effect. Moreover, the structure of a drone manufactured of corrugated cardboard which is laminated paper is simple and students or ordinary people can easily make the drone while understanding the structure well, a manufacturing cost is low due to the use of corrugated cardboard, which is laminated paper, an accident caused by fragments produced from damage can be prevented and the drone can be eco-friendly. Also, since laminated paper is cut by laser cutting, a cut part can be cut with smooth precision so edge and hole parts can have excellent quality. The laser cutting of the present invention can bring about a remarkable effect which can cut a very precise shape and hole even when a component is quite large or small.

    본발명은 레이저 절단에 의한 드론 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 드론제작키트를 이용하여 드론을 제작하되, 상기 드론제작 키트는 종이합지를 이용한 드론제작 키트를 사용하는 것으로, 본발명은 드론제작키트를 이용하여 제작한 드론을 학생들이 직접 코딩을 통해 제어할 수 있고, 스마트폰 앱에 의해 조종할 수 있으므로 흥미도가 높아지고 학습효과가 상승되는 현저한 효과가 있다. 또한, 종이합지인 골판지로 제작된 드론의 구조가 간단하고 학생이나 일반인들이 쉽게 만들면서 구조를 잘 이해할 수 있고, 종이합지인 골판지를 사용하여 제작 단가가 저렴하고, 파손되었을시 나오는 파편으로 인한 안전사고를 예방할 수 있으며 환경친화적인 현저한 효과가 있다. 그리고 본발명은 종이합지는 레이저 절단에 의해 절단되므로 절단부위가 매끄러운 정밀도를 가지고 절단되어 가장자리 및 구멍 부위의 품질이 우수하고 본발명의 레이저 커팅을 사용하면 부품이 아주 크거나 작을지라도 매우 세부적인 모양과 구멍을 자를수 있는 현저한 효과가 있다.
