The present invention relates to a residual oil discharge apparatus in sunken ships with a perforation cutter. More specifically, in order to improve the installation of the residual oil discharge apparatus for perforating the ship body of an oil tank on the site and injecting the air to rapidly discharge a fluid when a ship sinks or gets stuck on a rock or various marine facilities have a disaster or accident, a cutter ring, which perforates the ship body, is formed on a front end of a sleeve pipe and an elastic fastening means, which enters/exists by an elasticity′s working, is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the sleeve pipe to perforate the ship body and mount the sleeve pipe at the same time, thereby maximizing the work convenience.

    본 발명은 천공커터가 형성된 침몰선박의 잔존유 배출장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 선박이 침몰, 좌초되거나 각종 해양시설이 재난사고를 당하였을 때 현장에서 유류탱크의 선체를 천공한 후, 공기를 주입하여 유체를 신속히 배출하기 위한 자존유 배출장치의 설치작업을 개선하기 위해 슬리브관의 선단에 선체를 천공하는 커터링을 형성하고, 슬리브관의 외주면에 탄성작용으로 입출하는 탄성체결수단을 구성하여 선체를 천공함과 동시에 슬리브관을 장착이 한번에 이루어짐에 따라 작업편의성을 극대화시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 천공커터가 형성된 침몰선박의 잔존유 배출장치에 관한 것이다.
