Disclosed are a system and a method for measuring a marine wave height which measure a wave height for a wide range of water surfaces in real time. The system for measuring a marine wave height comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle and a controller to control the flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle and use measurement data received from the unmanned aerial vehicle to calculate a wave height. The unmanned aerial vehicle includes: a location measurement unit to use a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) to measure the absolute location of the unmanned aerial vehicle; an attitude measurement unit to measure the attitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle; and a time-of-flight (TOF) camera to measure the location of a water surface. The controller controls to measure the absolute location and attitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the location of the water surface, calculates the absolute location of the water surface from a water surface measurement location through relative coordinate system conversion, and subtracts a water surface measurement location without disturbance from the absolute location of the water surface to calculate a wave height displacement amount.

    해상 파고 계측 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 해상 파고 계측 시스템은, 무인 항공기 및 무인 항공기의 비행을 제어하며, 무인 항공기로부터 수신되는 측정데이터를 이용하여 파고를 산출하는 제어기를 포함하되, 무인 항공기는, 글로벌항법위성시스템(GNSS: Global Navigation Satellite System)을 이용하여 무인 항공기의 절대위치를 측정하는 위치 계측부, 무인 항공기의 자세를 측정하는 자세 계측부 및 수표면의 위치를 측정하는 TOF(Time of Flight) 카메라를 포함하고, 제어기는, 무인 항공기의 절대위치 및 자세와 수표면의 위치를 측정하도록 제어하고, 상대 좌표계 변환을 통해 수표면 측정위치로부터 수표면의 절대위치를 산출하고, 수표면의 절대위치에서 교란이 없는 수표면 측정위치를 감하여 파고 변위량을 산출한다.
