Provided are a tire tread rubber composition comprising a resin prepared by sulfur-modifying a compound A having a phenol moiety and a terpene moiety, and a tire manufactured from the rubber composition. A tire using the tire tread rubber composition according to an embodiment of the present invention improves braking performance and does not reduce fuel efficiency.
