The present invention relates to a vibration damper capable of lifting a screen. In particular, the vibration damper capable of lifting the screen of the present invention can easily remove large contaminants as well as small contaminants on the screen. Also according to the present invention, since a water level on an upstream side is higher than the same of a downstream side, the screen can be lifted upwards with a damper when a pump is not running. The vibration damper capable of lifting the screen comprises: the screen; a vibration suppression unit; an actuator; and a connection unit.

    본 발명은 특히, 스크린에 작은 협잡물 뿐만 아니라 큰 협잡물을 용이하게 제거할 수 있고, 또한 하류측보다 상류측의 수위가 높아 펌프가 구동하지 않을 때 제진기와 함께 스크린을 상측으로 인양시킬 수 있는 스크린 인양이 가능한 제진기에 관한 것이다.
