The present invention relates to a variable aluminum shock absorber housing, and more specifically, to a shock absorber housing on which a shock absorber of a vehicle is mounted, and to a variable aluminum shock absorber housing comprising: an integrated die casting shock absorber cover which consists an uppermost part of the shock absorber housing and is molded as a single plate by aluminum die casting; and an integrated shock absorber panel which is engaged with a shock absorber cover to form a body of the shock absorber housing and is molded as a single aluminum plate by a pressing process. The variable aluminum shock absorber housing can be applied to a middle size and large size electric car at the same time.

    본 발명은 가변형 알루미늄 쇽업쇼버 하우징에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 차량의 쇽업쇼버가 마운팅되는 쇽업쇼버 하우징에 있어서, 상기 쇽업쇼버 하우징의 최상단을 구성하며, 알루미늄 다이케스팅에 의해 단판으로 성형되는 일체형 다이케스팅 쇽업쇼버 커버; 및 쇽업쇼버 커버에 결합되어 상기 쇽업쇼버 하우징의 몸체를 형성하고 프레스 공정을 통해 알루미늄 단판으로 성형되는 일체형 알루미늄 쇽업쇼버 판넬;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변형 알루미늄 쇽업쇼버 하우징에 관한 것이다.
