Disclosed is a smart control device for a bicycle. According to the present invention, the smart control device comprises: a portable terminal with an application; and a locking main body having one side fixed on the frame of a bicycle, and including a near field communication unit, a control unit, a GPS reception unit, and a wireless communication unit communicating through the Internet, and classified by a unique identification number. When the portable terminal approaches the locking main body, an opening signal is received and a locking device is controlled to be opened. When the portable terminal moves away from the locking main body, the locking device is controlled to be locked. When a theft report is made or a position information is requested, an alert sound and position information can be transmitted. Therefore, the lock and the opening of a bicycle can be controlled without an additional on/off device, and the position of the bicycle can be checked, so that theft can be prevented and the position of the bicycle can be easily identified.

    자전거용 스마트 제어장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 스마트제어장치는 어플리케이션을 탑재한 휴대용 단말기와, 일측은 자전거의 프레임에 고정되고, 근거리통신부와 제어부, GPS수신부, 그리고 인터넷망을 통하여 통신하는 무선통신부를 포함하고 고유 식별번호로 구별되는 잠금본체로 구성하여, 휴대용 단말기가 잠금본체에 접근하면 열림신호를 수신하여 잠금장치를 열림상태로 제어하고, 휴대용단말기가 잠금본체에서 멀어지면 잠금장치를 잠금 상태로 제어하며, 도난과 위치정보요청시 경보음과 위치정보를 전송할 수 있도록 구성하여 별도의 온오프 장치없이 자전거의 잠금과 열림을 제어할 수 있고, 자전거의 위치를 확인할 수 있기 때문에 도난을 방지하고 자전거의 위치를 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
