According to various embodiments of the present invention, a warning device for road conditions includes: a solar cell which converts light energy into electrical energy and supplies power for an operation of a warning device; a battery which stores some of the electrical energy by charging; a GPS unit which checks current time information; a display unit which displays notifications about road conditions; and a control unit which checks the brightness around the warning device according to the generated voltage of the solar cell and the time information and adjusts a dimming level of the display unit based on the brightness. Therefore, driver's visibility of delivery information can be increased.

    본 발명의 다양한 실시예들에 따른 도로 상황의 경고 장치는, 빛 에너지를 전기 에너지로 변환하여 상기 경고 장치의 동작을 위한 전원을 공급하는 솔라셀; 충전에 의해 상기 전기 에너지 중 일부를 저장하는 배터리; 현재의 시간 정보를 확인하는 GPS부; 도로 상황에 대한 알림을 표시하는 표출부; 및 상기 솔라셀의 발전 전압 및 상기 시간 정보에 따라 상기 경고 장치 주변의 밝기를 확인하고, 상기 밝기에 기반하여 상기 표출부의 조광도를 조절하는 제어부를 포함한다.
