본 발명의 선수형 복합재 소나돔의 수밀 시스템을 이용한 설치는 복합재 음향창(100)을 토크 체결력으로 함정(300)의 선수부(200-1)에 체결되는 소나돔 수밀 체결 장치(1)로 선체 받침대(90)와 복합재 음향창(100)을 경로로 하는 누수를 차단하고, 시카플랙스 선도포 구조(82) 및 수밀 캡(70)이 음향창 체결홀을 경로로 하는 누수를 차단함으로써 복합재 음향창(100)으로 선수돔 형태로 체결된 소나돔이 1.7bar 이상의 내압환경을 유지하는 특징이 구현된다.

    According to the present invention, installation using a watertight system of a bow-type composite sonar dome allows a sonar dome watertight fastening device (1) in which a composite acoustic window (100) is fastened to a bow (200-1) of a ship (300) by torque fastening force to block leakage through a hull support (90) and the composite acoustic window (100) as a path, and allows a sikaflex sealant structure (82) and a watertight cap (70) to block water leakage through a sound window fastening hole as a path, and thus the sonar dome fastened in a shape of a bow dome with the composite acoustic window (100) maintains an internal pressure environment of 1.7 bar or more.
