밸브 장치의 소형화를 도모할 수 있고, 연료 탱크 외부로의 연료 누출을 억제할 수 있는 연료 탱크용 밸브 장치를 제공한다. 이 연료 탱크용 밸브 장치(10)는 밸브 시트(24)가 형성된 하우징(15)과, 플로트체(50)와, 밸브체(70)를 가지며, 플로트체(50)는 둘레벽(51) 및 천정벽(52)을 가지며, 그 내부에 공동부(K)가 형성되고, 천정벽(52)에는 공동부(K)로 연통하는 관통공(54)이 형성되는 동시에, 밸브체(70)를 틸팅가능하게 지지하는 지지부(53)가 형성되고, 밸브체(70)는 밸브 시트(24)에 접하거나 분리하는 밀봉부(71)와, 밀봉부(71)를 플로트체(50)에 계합하는 계합 다리부(74,75)를 갖고, 계합 다리부(74,75)는 천정벽(52)의 관통공(54)에 삽입되도록 연장하는 동시에, 이 관통공(54)의 안쪽에 계합하도록 구성된다.

    PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device for a fuel tank, which can be compactified and can inhibit fuel leakage to the outside of the fuel tank.SOLUTION: A valve device 10 for a fuel tank has a housing 15 provided with a valve seat 24, a float body 50, and a valve element 70. The float body 50 has a peripheral wall 51 and a ceiling wall 52 and is formed with a cavity part K in the inside. The ceiling wall 52 is formed with a through hole 54 communicating with the cavity part K, and is provided with a support part 53 tiltably supporting the valve element 70. The valve element 70 has a seal part 71 which contacts with and separates from the valve seat 24, and engagement legs 74, 75 for engaging the seal part 71 with the float body 50. The engagement legs 74, 75 are extend to be inserted in through holes 54 of the ceiling wall 52 and are configured to engage with the back sides of the through holes 54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
