본 발명은 친환경차량용 고전압배터리의 예열시 과전류와 과전압을 방지할 수 있는 고전압용 전자식 승온 릴레이 시스템에 관한 것으로, 배터리관리시스템; 고전압배터리; 배터리관리시스템으로부터 전원을 인가받아 구동전원을 발생시키며, 배터리관리시스템 저전압측과 고전압배터리 고전압측 사이를 절연시키는 절연스위치부; 고전압배터리의 (+)단과 (-)단 사이를 차단시키며, 절연스위치부에서 발생한 구동전원이 인가되면 고전압배터리의 (+)단과 (-)단 사이를 도통시키는 반도체스위치부; 반도체스위치부와 고전압배터리 사이에 연결되어 과전압과 역전류를 방지하는 배터리보호부; 및 고전압배터리에 연결되어 고전압배터리의 (+)단과 (-)단 사이가 도통되면 전류를 인가받아 열을 발생시켜 고전압배터리를 승온시키는 부하부;를 포함하는 고전압용 전자식 승온 릴레이 시스템에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to an electronic relay system for high-voltage battery heating which can prevent overcurrent and overvoltage when preheating a high-voltage battery for an eco-friendly vehicle. The electronic relay system comprises: a battery management system; a high-voltage battery; an insulating switch unit for generating driving power by receiving power from the battery management system and then carrying out insulation between a low-voltage side of the battery management system and a high-voltage side of the high-voltage battery; a semiconductor switch unit for performing cut-off between (+) and (-) terminals of the high-voltage battery and conducting electricity between the (+) and (-) terminals of the high-voltage battery when drive power generated from the insulating switch unit is applied; a battery protection unit connected between the semiconductor switch unit and the high-voltage battery for preventing overvoltage and reverse current; and a load unit connected to the high-voltage battery for generating heat and thus heating the high-voltage battery by receiving current, when electricity is conducted between the (+) and (-) terminals of the high-voltage battery.
