The present invention provides an electric vehicle-installed dual charging system, which can be used in parallel with a household outlet and an existing installation-type charger by adopting a mobile charging system technology in an electric vehicle. The electric vehicle-installed dual charging system comprises: an installation-type charger which supplies charging power to a battery of an electric vehicle; a building meter which supplies charging power to the electric vehicle while supplying power to a building, and generates and transmits charger information; an electric vehicle-mounted charger which is equipped with an installation-type charger connection socket connected to the installation-type charger to charge the battery, and an outlet connection connector connected to the building meter to charge the battery, registers vehicle and owner information in a charging management server, and receives, from the charging management server, information on charging power supplied to the electric vehicle according to a result of confirming vehicle information and the owner and a charging start signal, and charging information; the charging management server which verifies owner information of the electric vehicle-mounted charger, determines charging power for each user according to a result of confirming a vehicle number and owner information which are received from the electric vehicle-mounted charger, transmits a charging start signal according to the charging power to the electric vehicle-mounted charger, and stores and manages charger information of the building meter received from the electric vehicle-mounted charger; and a power management server which receives the charger information of the building meter from the charging management server, calculates the user's power usage, charges the vehicle owner for the power usage, and transmits approval information according to the charge to the charging management server.

    본 발명은 이동식 충전시스템 기술을 전기차에 탑재하여 가정용 콘센트와 기존 설치형 충전기와 병행하여 사용할 수 있는 전기차 장착용 듀얼 충전시스템을 제공하는 것으로, 전기차의 배터리에 충전 전력을 공급하는 설치형 충전기; 건물에 전력을 공급함과 동시에 전기차에 충전 전력을 공급하고, 충전기 정보를 생성하여 전송하는 건물 계량기; 상기 설치형 충전기에 연결되어 배터리를 충전하는 설치형 충진기 연결 소켓과, 상기 건물 계량기에 연결되어 배터리를 충전하는 콘센트 연결 커넥터을 함께 구비하고, 차량 및 소유주 정보를 충전 관리서버에 등록하고, 상기 충전 관리서버에서 차량정보 및 소유주 확인 결과와 충전시작 신호에 따라 해당 전기차에 공급되는 충전 전력 및 충전 정보를 수신하는 전기차 탑재용 충전기; 상기 전기차 탑재용 충전기의 소유주 정보를 확인하고, 상기 전기차 탑재용 충전기에서 수신된 차량번호 및 소유주 정보 확인 결과에 따라 사용자별 충전 전력을 판단하고 이에 따른 충전시작 신호를 상기 전기차 탑재용 충전기에 전송하고, 상기 전기차 탑재용 충전기에서 수신된 상기 건물 계량기의 충전기 정보를 저장관리하는 충전 관리서버; 및 상기 충전 관리서버로부터 상기 건물 계량기의 충전기 정보를 수신하고, 사용자의 전력 사용량을 계산하여 해당 차량 소유주에게 과금을 수행하고, 이에 따른 승인정보를 상기 충전 관리서버에 전송하는 전력 관리서버를 포함한다.
