The present invention relates to an unmanned traffic enforcement system having improved enforcement accuracy, which analyzes radar signals and camera images to distinguish and recognize two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles while simultaneously tracking the recognized objects, determining whether traffic regulations are violated based on the type of object (two-wheeled or four-wheeled vehicles), and even if a vehicle with an unrecognized license plate is detected, accurately detecting the license plate of the unrecognized violating vehicle through a verification part, thereby enabling license recognition for vehicles with damaged front license plates or two-wheeled vehicles with only rear license plates, and thus improving enforcement accuracy and reliability and allowing for accurate enforcement of various types of traffic regulation violations.
본 발명은 레이더 신호와 카메라 영상을 분석하여 이륜차 및 사륜차를 구별하여 인식함과 동시에 인식된 객체를 트래킹하여, 객체 종류(이륜차 또는 사륜차)에 따른 교통법규 위반 여부를 판별하며, 차량번호가 미인식된 차량이 검출되더라도, 검증부를 통해 미인식 위반-차량의 차량번호를 정확하게 검출함으로써 전면-번호판이 훼손된 차량 또는 후면-번호판만이 부착된 이륜차에 대해서도 번호 인식이 가능하여, 단속 정확성 및 신뢰도를 높일 뿐만 아니라 다양한 종류의 교통법규 위반을 정확하게 단속할 수 있는 단속 정확성을 높인 무인 교통 단속시스템에 관한 것이다.
