The present invention is to provide a drone landing device for a ship with a shock absorbing means, which is installed on a ship to safely land a drone by reducing the shock generated when landing the drone through a landing net even on a ship in an environment with high waves or severe rolling, and has a shock absorbing means to safely land the drone while absorbing the shock corresponding to the weight of the drone. The drone landing device for a ship with a shock absorbing means of the present invention, which can safely land a drone while reducing and absorbing the shock generated when the drone is landed on even a ship in an environment with high waves or severe rolling, comprises: a base plate installed on a deck of a ship; a plurality of pillar members installed on the edge of the base plate; a landing net that is installed to be unfolded to the upper part of the base plate, and absorbs the shock generated when the drone is landed to land and collect the drone; and a shock absorbing means that absorbs the shock of the drone when the drone is laded on the landing net, guides the same to be safely seated within the landing net, and is configured to elastically return the landing net when the drone's landing on the landing net is completed. The drone landing device for a ship with a shock absorbing means according to the present invention has the effect of absorbing the shock generated when the drone is landed by the elasticity of the shock absorbing spring of the shock absorbing means, thereby inducing the drone to be landed safely within a landing net.
