Disclosed is a situation adaptive highway alarming system. The situation adaptive highway alarming system according to embodiments of the present invention recommends vehicles behind an accident location to drive slowly by letting multiple alarming devices communicate with each other and finding out surrounding drive speeds, actively prevents a secondary rear-end collision by giving the vehicles driving at high speeds a strong alarm about the current accident location to enable the vehicles to quickly drive out from the road. and supports users around the accident location to be mentally relieved and to concentrate on handling the accident such as giving aid to the wounded by changing the alarm to a lower level alarm or clearing the alarm if possibility of the secondary rear-end collision disappears as surrounding vehicles are backed up or drive slowly.
