The present invention relates to a structure for preventing contamination of an outer plate for a hull. More specifically, the present invention relates to a structure for preventing contamination of an outer plate for a hull to prevent an increase in the weight of a ship, caused by contaminants attached to an outer plate of a hull during an operation of a ship and to prevent a decrease in the speed of the ship and an increase in the fuel consumption when a friction with seawater and resistance increase. Moreover, the structure for preventing contamination of an outer plate for a hull prevents the outside of the hull from getting dirty and prevents damage to the outer plate of the hull.
