A ship berthing device for an offshore platform is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ship berthing device for an offshore platform comprises: a ship berthing part which is installed in an offshore platform; a moving part which vertically moves the ship berthing part between a fixed position and a changeable position; a position sensor which senses the position of the surface of the sea in the offshore platform; and a control part which determines the changeable position where the ship can be berthed to the ship berthing part according to the position of the surface of the sea sensed from the position sensor and controls the moving part.
