The present invention provides a device to save the energy of a ship by improving a flow field in a stern through the interaction between a fan-shaped duct and a fin structure. The flow control device for a ship through the joint of an asymmetric duct and a fin structure is located in the front of a propeller and comprises: a duct (10) which is formed in a fan shape; a first fin structure (21) which is installed to assemble with the left end of the duct (10); a second fin structure (22) is installed to assemble with the right end of the duct (10); and a third fin structure (23) which is installed to be located between the first and second fin structures (21, 22).
