The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for supplying onshore cooling water to a floating power plant. More specifically, the apparatus is constructed to cool a floating power plant by receiving cooling water from land. In addition, a floatable flexible hose, which considers a motion characteristic of the floating power plant, is installed on a position connecting a cooling water supply pipe installed on land and a cooling water receiving pipe installed on the floating power plant, thereby effectively absorbing motion of the floating power plant, which is irregularly generated by vertical motion caused by a difference between the rise and fall of tide, waves, swells, winds, and typhoons. Thus, lots of cooling water can stably and effectively be supplied.
본 발명은 육상의 냉각수를 부유식 발전플랜트에 공급하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 육상에서 냉각수를 공급받아 부유식 발전플랜트를 냉각하도록 구성하되, 육상에 설치된 냉각수 공급배관과 부유식 발전플랜트에 설치된 냉각수 수급배관을 연결하는 위치에 부유식 발전플랜트의 운동특성을 고려한 부유 플렉서블 호스(Floatable Flexible Hose)를 설치하여, 조수간만의 차이에 의해 발생하는 상하 운동과, 파도, 너울, 바람 및 태풍으로 인한 부정기적으로 발생하는 부유식 발전플랜트의 운동을 효과적으로 흡수함으로써 대용량의 냉각수를 안정적이고 효율적으로 공급할 수 있다.
