The present invention relates to a collision avoidance system and a collision avoidance method. The system includes: a measurement portion measuring a directional value of a user vehicle; a communication portion communicating with each neighboring vehicle to receive a plurality of directional values of vehicles around the user vehicle; a shooting portion shooting a frontal direction of a road on which the user vehicle is driven; and a control portion determining whether the neighboring vehicles will change their lanes using a directional value of the user vehicle, directional values of the neighboring vehicles, and the shot image of the frontal direction of the road on which the user vehicle is driven, and controlling the speed of the user vehicle to avoid collision. Accordingly, the present invention determines whether other vehicles intend to change a lane through vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications, and checks an actual lane changing action, thereby increasing accuracy in determining whether other vehicles change their lanes and easily controlling collision avoidance.

    본 발명은 차량의 충돌 회피 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 충돌 회피 장치는 자 차량의 방향 값을 측정하는 측정부, 수의 상기 자 차량 주변 차량의 방향 값을 수신하기 위해 각 주변 차량과 통신하는 통신부, 상기 자 차량이 주행 중인 도로 전방을 촬영하는 촬영부, 및 상기 자 차량의 방향 값 및 상기 주변 차량의 방향 값, 상기 자 차량이 주행중인 도로 전방을 촬영한 영상을 이용하여 상기 주변 차량의 차선 변경을 판단하고, 충돌 회피를 위해 상기 자 차량의 속도를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
